What we collect

When you submit a quote request we collect the details you enter: ZIP code, the service you need, your timeframe, name, phone number, email address, and any description you add. We also record the page the request came from and basic technical signals such as browser type.

How quote requests are used

Your request is shared with one licensed local contractor so they can contact you about the work. We do not sell your request to multiple companies, we do not resell contact lists, and we do not use your details for unrelated marketing.

Site analytics

We record anonymous usage events such as which buttons are clicked and which pages lead to quote requests. Product links to retailers are affiliate links and are labeled as such; clicking one records only the click, not your identity.

Data retention and removal

Quote records are kept so contractors and homeowners can resolve work in progress and so we can audit lead quality. To view or delete the information tied to your request, email the address on our contact page and include the phone number or email you submitted. We respond to every removal request.

Third parties

Requests are processed on Cloudflare infrastructure. Contractors who receive your request are independent businesses and handle your details under their own policies once a request is shared.
